چکیده
Abstract Introduction Peyronie’s Disease (PD) is characterized by a fibrous scar of the tunica albuginea. PD typically imaged with 2D ultrasound. We propose classification system these ultrasound findings in evaluation PD. Objective The purpose this study to establish functional sonographic for evaluating and examine relationship between grading curvature, duration PD, vascular erectile status. Methods In our study, 395 patients underwent intracavernosal injection an agent (ICI) followed Color Doppler Duplex Ultrasound (CDDU). All CDDU studies were performed single examiner all was done two independent reviewers using saved images. including peak systolic velocities (PSV) resistive indices (RIs) recorded. grades images classified into three grades: Grade 1 acoustic shadowing without calcification; 2 focal microcalcifications tunica, pillars, or septal fibers; 3 confluent calcification dorsal, septal, ventral Results There 250 (63%) changes, 75 (19%), 70 (18%). groups had similar median ages body mass index (BMI): (59.3 yr), (59 yr) (60.3 p = 0.711; BMI 27.6, 28.2, 27.7, 0.813. Additionally, medical surgical risk factors dysfunction across groups; included hypertension, heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, smoking history, history prostate surgery. In recent years, many new designer drugs have emerged, including the group of cathinone derivatives. One frequently occurring drug is mephedrone; although mephedrone was originally considered as a “legal high” product, it is currently banned inmostWestern countries. Despite the banning, abuse of the drug and seizures are continuously reported. Although the metabolism of mephedrone has been stud...

Dabigatran etexilate, an oral, reversible, competitive, and direct thrombin inhibitor, is an in vitro and in vivo substrate of Pglycoprotein (P-gp). Dabigatran etexilate was proposed as an in vivo probe substrate for intestinal P-gp inhibition in a recent guidance on drug-drug interactions (DDI) from the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We conducted tr...
متن کاملFuzzy Rule-Based Classification System for Assessing Coronary Artery Disease
The aim of this study was to determine the accuracy of fuzzy rule-based classification that could noninvasively predict CAD based on myocardial perfusion scan test and clinical-epidemiological variables. This was a cross-sectional study in which the characteristics, the results of myocardial perfusion scan (MPS), and coronary artery angiography of 115 patients, 62 (53.9%) males, in Mazandaran H...
